I just wanted to inform you that our first practice date will be this Thursday, October 24th. Some additional Crossbar posts and emails will be to follow, as we get ready to kick off our season. I’m beyond excited to get starting and I look forward to our journey this season.

I wanted to take this time to encourage your son’s to take advantage of the Jr Dukes fast start program. This program is geared towards providing preparation for the season; mentally, physically and build team camaraderie. Start date is this coming Sunday 9/29, 10:30-Noon.

Hello Parents and student athletes. Welcome to Whitefish Bay 7th grade boys B team. I’m excited to get started! This is marks my 3rd year with the Jr Dukes and I can ensure you that during this season we will strengthen our fundamentals, raise our basketball IQ, and everyone will have an opportunity to contribute. In the process we will understand what it means to be a part of the Jr Dukes, win some games and have some fun.
